This is the bookclub I belonged to in my Melbourne days. The girls are a fabulous group of friends, from a variety of backgrounds, who have been discussing books and gossiping since 1998.

Our Book Club in Carmel Indiana read the Book Thief and when I "Googled" the author, your No. 1 Melbourne Ladies Bookclub came up! I loved reading your blog and our club has read many of the same books. It sound like you have a lot of fun, and your vacation spots, Viet Nam and Fiji sound pretty exotic to those of us in Carmel, Indiana (a suburb of Indianapolis, the capital of Indiana. Our club is called Book Buddies and there are 9 women. We are much older than your group; many of us are grandmothers, and several are retired teachers. We do love our books and book club night is always fun.
